There are a lot of ways to generate infinite mana in Blue (usually involving other artifacts or Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron) and once you have that, you can literally take EVERYTHING that belongs to your opponents

But some players use them in casual formats like Commander or in playgroups that dont mind proxies or Un-set cards
